Wall-Mounted Plant Board in White Plastic for Staghorn Ferns and Orchids

A mounting board for epiphytes, the plants that grow on tree trunks in the wild rather than in a pot of soil. Fix it to a wall and you can grow a staghorn fern or an orchid the way it actually wants to grow, flat against a vertical surface with its roots open to the air.

• Material: plastic, finished in white
• Size: 27.00X18.00X3.00cm / 10.63X7.09X1.18in

Because the board holds the root mass against a flat face, water spreads evenly across it instead of running to one side, and there is far less loose medium to shed onto the floor. It suits a living room wall, a hallway or an office partition, and a small group of them reads as a planted panel. Wipe the face clean with a damp cloth when you remount a plant.
