Track Your Order
Every Crabbily order travels with a tracking number. We email it to you the moment the parcel leaves us, which is normally within 0-1 business days of you placing the order, and standard delivery then takes 2-3 business days. Drop the number into the box below and we will send you to the right carrier's own tracking page.
No tracking number to hand? Your orders, their status and their tracking links are all in your account — sign in with the e-mail you used at checkout, no password needed.
What happens, in order
- Order confirmation. Sent straight after checkout, with your order number on it. Keep this one.
- Shipping confirmation. Sent when the parcel is handed over to the carrier, carrying the tracking number.
- Carrier updates. From that point the carrier updates its own tracking page at each scan, until the parcel is at your door.
If nothing is moving
A brand new tracking number can take up to 24 hours to show its first scan, so a quiet first day is normal rather than a problem. If several days pass with no movement, or the parcel is marked delivered and is not where you expected it, write to support@crabbily.com with your order number. We will open an enquiry with the carrier and follow it through with you.
