We process orders within 0-1 business days, and standard delivery then takes 2-3 business days. There is no expedited option, because the standard service already gets there in that window.

Yes. A tracking number is emailed to you the moment your order is handed to the carrier, and you can follow it from there to your door.

Tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will put it right. Transit damage needs to be reported within 72 hours with photos. We cover return shipping on approved returns and refund the original payment method within 3-7 business days after inspection. We do not take returns for change of mind.
